  1. 01Open.We run an open-book operation. Our tools, our training, our playbook, our impact: all out in the open. No black boxes.
  2. 02Curious.Everyone has something to teach. We learn from the founders we back as much as they learn from us, and we work with people who stay curious.
  3. 03Intentional.Twin Cities. Under-resourced communities and entrepreneurs. We go narrow on purpose. That’s where we move the needle.
  4. 04Inclusive.It takes a village. Founders, partners, mentors, sponsors: anyone with a shared vision and skin in the game is welcome at the table.
  5. 05Human-First.AI is a tool for human flourishing, not a replacement for human workers. We teach founders to use it on their terms — to amplify their vision, free up their time, and build businesses that lift up the people in them.
